The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix has recently gone under a multi million pound restaurant, including new Nordic-fusion concept restaurant Fiskebar. Spread across four different areas, the restaurant includes a fresh fish counter as well as a traditional Scandinavian fish market design with the interiors offset by natural materials like wood and ceramics as designed by B3 Designers (http://www.b3designers.co.uk/)
I am delighted to have worked on a commission for a large permanent wall piece in collaboration with Adam Ross (www.adamrossceramics.com). The design incorporated varying sizes of rustic coiled dishes which were glazed with several different finishes. We then spent a couple of days on site installing the pieces directly onto the wall, and after all of the hard work that has gone into the project, we are really proud of the result.
